Refund policy

At codeplease.IN, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, we maintain the following policies:

• Refunds:
  Digital products are non-refundable once delivered via email, download link, or user account. Exceptions apply only if:
• The product was never delivered.
• The delivered file is proven to be corrupted or incomplete, and support fails to resolve the issue.

• Cancellations:
  Orders can only be cancelled before delivery. If the product has already been sent or downloaded, cancellation is no longer possible.
